A B O U T    L I O N H E A R T    S E R V I C E S Lionheart Services is a small technology consulting firm which focuses on personalized solutions for the small to medium business. We offer planning, purchasing, implementing, maintaining and client training in all areas of technology. Our primary concern is to fulfill our clients need in a complete, yet quick and cost effective manner. We have the ability to make the most complicated situation seem very simple and stress free. Since our inception in 1997 we have catered to a wide variety of industries. Many of our clients are in the entertainment industry; record and film companies, attorneys, managers, agents, and celebrities. We also provide services for many doctors and attorneys that are not involved in the entertainment industry. The remainder of our client base ranges from textiles to fundraising. Lionheart Services is headed by the founder and Senior Engineer, Randy Ross. Randy brings a unique blend of skills which provide a complete consulting package. He has had a love for technology since he was a child and began working with computers in the very early 1980’s. As he progressed he studied Business Management at C.S.U.N. and then decided to follow his love, music. Randy studied Music at U.C.L.A. while starting a career as a touring and studio musician and producer. Simultaneously, he started Lionheart Services which specialized in home and studio wiring. At the end of 1994, Randy stopped touring and decided to get a “real job” and turned to his earlier passion, technology. After extensive studies he received certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and in 1997 the company evolved into its current form as a technology solution provider. All projects are performed or overseen personally by Randy. Some of the services we provide: Desktop support and upgrades, application support, file server setup and maintenance, web and email server setup and maintenance, Microsoft Exchange Server setup and maintenance, database development (SQL, Oracle, Access, Filemaker), Data Backup strategies, internet connection setup and troubleshooting (DSL, T1, etc.), router and firewall setup and maintenance, wireless connections, website design and development (front and back end), application and general computing training, phone system management (Lucent), technology relocation consulting, and much more. We also have extensive experience in industry specific applications (music, film, law, etc). We act as a liaison between our clients and technology vendors. With our knowledge and experience our clients can make informed decisions that are in their company’s best interest. At Lionheart Services, we like to maintain a professional but personal and friendly environment. Our clients love us and we love them too. We explain things in a way the non technical person can understand. We never talk down to anyone. There is no such thing as a stupid question. We don’t expect our clients to know everything about technology. They have their specialty and we have ours……technology. We look forward to being of service.
